Aureum Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Exchanges may be approved at management’s discretion under the following conditions:

  • The product must remain unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
  • Hair bundles must remain sealed and in original packaging
  • The security ties must not be removed
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

Approved exchanges will be subject to a $20 restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse the package with the carrier and contact us immediately.

Once a package has been signed for and accepted, Aureum cannot be held responsible for missing contents.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order as processing begins immediately.
