Select items are available for pre-order and require additional processing time.

  • Pre-order items: Ship within 2 weeks from the order date
  • In-stock items: Processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

All orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.

Shipping times may vary during high-volume periods, including product launches and promotions.

Important Information

  • Aureum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Aureum is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently offer local delivery within a 25-mile radius of Smyrna, GA. Delivery availability and timeframes may vary based on location and inventory availability.
